These sbs sweetcorn shape boilies are deadly on hard waters.My wife and I fished the Q.E in Ashington,where the carp fishing is very hard at times,due to the heavy weed problem.Fished 2 popup sbs on a size 8 mugga hook (K.D style) and had 9 carp between us in 12hrs.Well when I say 9 between us,she had 7 and me 2 (but less said about that the better).
Was first introduced these in France last year (DreamLakes) by a good friend of mine,and they work very well over there.Probably due to the fact that this is now a boilie only water,but the carp have seen a lot of corn over previous years when it was allowed.
Give them ago,2 popups as hookbait and a small mesh stick with about 10 sinkers hooked on (Good luck).
