Rob Hales fishing Rainbow lake in France has caught one of the biggest carp ever caught in history a 90lb 4oz (40.9kg) mirror on his all time favourite bait the SBS M1 boilie. Fishing over a bed of M1s with a M1 pop up he caught the massive fish early morning. We heard here at SBS not long after the capture and Rob was over the moon and still in shock when we spoke to him on his mobile still at the lake side and is the pinnacle of his carp fishing life.
