My first introduction to sport fishing was at around 5 years old when my uncle took me with him to the lakes and rivers where I come from (Modena) in search of fish such as chub, savette, barbel and the notorious carp that, every time I captured one, made my heart beat. For nearly two decades I have devoted myself almost exclusively to carp fishing.
